摘 要

随着全自动洗衣机的不断普及,消费者对其环保节能的要求越来越高,其中最主要的一项就是耗水量。人们迫切需要有一种能节水的洗衣机能代替现在的洗衣机。这在全球水资源缺乏的今天显得极其重要。我们从这一点切入,通过大量市场调研,设计开发了这款节水型全自动洗衣机电脑控制器。它通过对电脑控制器程序的精心设计,配合整机结构的调整,在不影响整机其它性能的前提下,达到了节水40%的优良效果,为全自动洗衣机提供了有价值的参考。

随着科技的发展,许多新技术已成功地应用在洗衣机上。使洗衣机由简单的“能洗衣”,发展到具有高洗净度、低磨损率、健康型、智能化、节水节能等高层次功能,满足了不同档次的需求模糊控制洗衣机设置有电脑和多种精确的智能传感器,能模仿人类的感知功能及思维对洗衣程序进行控制。各种传感器相当于人的手、眼、耳等,可自动检测判断衣物的重量、质料、脏污程度、洗涤液温度等,并把这些信息传递给电脑。电脑对收到的信息进行综合判断后,自动设定最佳水位、最佳洗涤时间和最佳洗涤程序,控制各执行部件自动完成整个洗衣过程。

第一章 系 统 设 计

1.1 设计特点

a. 采用价廉物美的MOTOROLA单片机MC68HC08SR12作为控制核心。

b. 通过片内A/D实现电源电压的保护功能

c. 通过片内PLL实现锁相环控制。

d. 设计了在线编程的功能。

e. 显示采用流行的LED模块,大面积图案设计,新颖直观,动感力强,操作方便。

f. 具有预约洗衣和剩余时间显示功能。

g. 使用CAPTURE 功能进行水位的监测。

h. 多个程序公用:利用SR12的ROM较大的特点,可以将几个程序(相似的两个或几个机型的程序)同时放在SR12上,根据PIN口输入选择运行不同的程序。

i. 多种故障报警功能:设计多种故障状态报警功能,提示用户进行处理,超过1小时不处理,则自动切断电源,保证洗衣机的安全。

j. 通过软件、硬件的配合设计,控制器具有较强的EMC性能。
