摘要
针对在一般的企业生产实践中经常会遇到对已有的机床进行更专业化改造的问题,进而达到节约成本,提高产品质量的目的。此文系统的阐述了利用原有丝杠车床、床身、床鞍,丝杠进行改光杠键槽铣专机。此键槽铣专机是专为铣长键槽光杠类零件,并可铣各种宽度的键槽。其设计方案主要从总体方案设计、各主要部件技术参数的确定,及其空间的合理布置、传动方案的比较选择、各种典型零件的设计计算、校核、电动机选型等。进给系统作为机床的主要功能系统,对之有较高的运动速度,精度要求。此进给系统主要实现工进与快退的两大基本功能,速度的切换采用电控式、从而避免了停止时铣刀对已加工的表面擦伤。电机仍选用旋转式电机,电机带有电磁制动器。这项机床的改造的具体措施始终遵循着实用性和经济性的原则,进行工厂的内部改造,完全具有可操作性和可行性。

制造业作为我国的支柱产业,在整个国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位,2000年制造产业占全国GDP36%,它是我国比较优势产业,是劳动密集及智力密集型产业。而制造业的主体和基础是机床行业;2002年中国机床消费55亿美元,机床的进口已超过31亿美元,一跃成为世界最大的消费国和全球最大的机床进口国。 同时加入WTO以后,全球经济贸易的一体化,这对我国制造业的要求不断提高,各种技术壁垒已经阻碍了我国机床行业走向国际化。如何刷新今天的被动局面,积极的应对挑战、抓住机遇、赢得发展的契机,成为机床行业普遍面临的问题。在国外,机床改造已有较长的历史,美国旧机床买卖组织MDMA(Machine Dealers National Association) 成立已有50年。由于各国的政治、经济、科学技术的差异,机床的种类、性能、结构的繁杂多样,使机床的改造内涵更加丰富多彩,出现了机床的翻修、改进、改装、改造、再生、再造。机床改造在汽车、机床、内燃机、航空等行业广泛应用,并批量投入生产。
