摘 要

21世纪的今天,以信息科技为重要标志的高新科技革命的飞速发展,正在改变着世界的面貌和人类的生活方式,推动着知识经济的到来。随着高新科技同机械行业的结合,现代机电产品不再是单纯的机械构件,而是由机械、电子、计算机等有机结合的所谓的“机电信息一体化”产品。

现代机电工程就是机械工程科技与信息科技等现代科技的紧密结合,然而,既是机电专业而不是别的专业,自己专业的基础、自己专业的实践是丝毫不能忽视的。“九层之台,起于垒土”,“千里之行,始于足下”,离开了实践,一切将会成为空洞的,机电专业就更是如此。

轴向柱塞泵泵体是ZB40柱塞泵的关键零件之一。单件,小批量生产沿用普通机床加工,生产效率低,劳动强度大,质量不稳定。想要达到年产量1万台/年,同时提高生产率、降低劳动强度、保证生产质量就必须得采用专门的生产流水线来实现。本次设计主要是用液压系统来实现流水线生产加工过程的部份自动化。因此,在的设计过程中我决不能马虎,要认真的完成每一个步骤。

ZB40轴向柱塞泵体是柱塞泵的关键零件之一,单件小批量是生产沿用普通机床加工生产效率低,劳动强度大,质量不稳定。生产纲领1万件/年是大批量生产。认真分析该零件的结构特点,比较三种泵体生产工艺方案:六角车床加工;鼓较式组合机床—普通机床加工;专机生产线生产。经过分析,确定采用专机生产线方案。生产流水线按つ形排列,全线由八台专机和机械手、平衡吊、滚道等辅助设备组成。为了实现流水线依工序加工工件,实现工序自动化。首先必须实现几穿加工循环自动化。本次设计是分析了零件结构工艺特点、自动循环等后,完成轴向柱塞泵体加工生产线专机及主要辅助设备平面布置和完成粗镗机的液压系统设计,保证其循环自动化,提高劳动生产率,减轻劳动强度,稳定产品质量。
